The bar at Sarabande was born from the idea that this could be a place with a dangerous undertone; a sense of drama created by materials, colours and forms.
The bar counter has a fang-like shape and is clad with a skin of copper scales. A wall of a hundred floating clear bottles sparkles brightly but also adds a kind of eerie madness to the space. The transparent red plastic curtain and windows transform the real into an ominous world lying outside which is counterbalanced by the dreamy beauty of the floral chandelier meandering along the back wall.
